The Home Team is here to support you during intensive treatments, hospitalization or at end of life. Volunteers provide assistance in a variety of forms including: listening, friendship and companionship, emotional support, hospital visits/accompaniments, running errands, light meal preparation and transportation. Our program thereby complements family care and services offered by government agencies (e.g. home care nurses or homemakers). Home Team services are only available to existing members of Friends for Life. Contact the Client Services Manager at ext. 4 to request services.
